The product direction is to minimize retained customer data and keep operational evidence under customer control wherever possible. Specific retention behavior will be documented as product details are finalized.

Encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access control, auditability, and key-management options are being specified as core requirements. Implementation details will be published once they are validated.

SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, privacy, and AI governance requirements are being tracked as product and company-readiness workstreams. We will not present certification or attestation claims until the evidence exists.
